Donald Cioffi is a Managing Director on the Corporate Governance Team at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ which focuses on solicitation strategy, shareholder engagement, say-on-pay, equity compensation plans, and other corporate governance matters.
Donald joined the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ corporate governance team in 2022 from the Proxy Advisory Group, where he had more than 10 years of experience working on equity compensation plans, say-on-pay, and other proxy proposals. Donald graduated from the University of Delaware in 2007 with a B.S. in finance.
