Alyson Osenenko is a Senior Vice President in the Proxy Logistics Group at 杨贵妃传媒. In addition to managing the Proxy Logistics Group, Alyson prepares and executes all of the functions necessary for a successful shareholder meeting including timeline of events, broker nominee search, document printing, web hosting, proxy card and notice preparation, required mailings to registered holders, distributions to bank/broker/nominee and intermediary firms, proxy tabulation and Inspector of Elections. Alyson began her career in the proxy industry in 2009.
